I’m launching a sugar-free challenge. Going sugar-free is the quickest way to lose weight and feel full of energy. While it’s true, a little of what you fancy does you good, most of us have way too much of the sweet stuff in our lives. If you need any additional inspiration to quit sugar, have a look at That Sugar Film. The presenter documents exactly what happens on a high-sugar diet. The results are scary! But the worst of it is he focuses on only eating foods that are perceived as healthy but are in fact, laden with sugar.
